Amongst the striking scenery of salt plains, sand dunes and the crystalline waters of Es Cavallet is a new Ibiza beach restaurant of the highest calibre – known simply as El Chiringuito. If you fancy a spot of 'posh tanning' where only a 3-man bali bed will do, this is the place for you. Sparkling cava Sangria and champagne cocktails await whilst 'Rob the oyster man' is on hand for all your oyster needs! A word of warning however... further down the beach of Es Cavallet is a nudist hot spot, so if that kind of thing tickles your pickle then this place is a brucie bonus! If its not your thing, maybe the fact that beautiful med food is served inside - the salt baked sea bass is incredible and comes filleted at your table.
You'll find El Chiringuito on the south tip of the island, close to the airport and recommend you book a couple of weeks in advance as its very popular - especially with the locals.
